beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
I absolutely fell in love with the local tropical décor vibes in my spacious One Bedroom Grand Suite with Balcony. The breakfast spread was delightful, especially enjoyed the inviting atmosphere and attentive service. Plus, the location was a gem, just minutes from the vibrant Maya Nimman area and a local fresh market!

The staff were incredibly warm and attentive.
Unfortunately, the second room we were assigned during our stay had an odd smell, and the air conditioning was very loud and ineffective. This experience disrupted the comfort we expected, especially after enjoying a pleasant first night. I also noticed the pool was not quite clear upon our arrival, which was disappointing, considering how inviting it looked online.

The spacious layout of the one-bedroom suite offered both comfort and excellent cooking facilities, making it easy to enjoy meals at your own pace. Additionally, the staff's attentiveness and the beautiful pool area added to the relaxing atmosphere. However, the air conditioning unit was rather noisy, which disrupted restful nights, and while the breakfast options were decent, expanding the variety would enhance the experience. The slight distance from the city center may be inconvenient for some, but local eateries nearby compensated nicely.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and made our stay memorable. The family suite was spacious, perfect for our group of friends. The pool was clean and inviting, and the breakfast offered great value. We even booked an elephant sanctuary trip with their help!
One thing to note is that the air conditioning in our room was quite noisy, which made sleeping a bit challenging at times.
